MOHAMMED BALA SAULAWA (DIRECTOR PLANNING, RESEARCH AND STATISTICS)
MOHAMMED BALA SAULAWA hail from Katsina State, he possesses Bachelor Degree in History/Hausa and Masters in International Affairs and Diplomacy from Bayero University and Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, respectively.
He started his career as Master Grade II, GL 08 with Katsina State Science and Technical Board in 1993 and joined the Federal Civil Service on transfer in 2001 as Administrative officer 1, GL 09. He rose through the ranks to the post of Director (Admin) GL17.
During his career in the Federal Civil Service, he served with the State and Local Government Affairs, Federal Civil Service Commission, Ministry of Petroleum Resources, Police Service Commission, Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment, the Nigeria Investment Promotion Commission and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
During his service in the Federal Civil Service, he served as the Special Assistant to the Permanent Secretary in the Federal Civil Service Commission, Ministry of Petroleum Resources, Police Service Commission, Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment. He also served as the Special Assistant to the Executive Secretary, Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission (NIPC) from 2015 to 2016 and, also, served as the Special Assistant to the Honourable Chairman Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC) Dr. Tukur Bello Ingawa OON, Mni from 2018 to 2023.
